EcoLine^® Bio-Based Food Machinery Lubricating Grease #1 and #2

EcoLine® Bio-Based Food Machinery Lubricating Grease #1 and EcoLine^® Bio-Based Food Machinery Lubricating Grease #2 are NLGI grade 1 and 2 greases for lubrication of machinery where there is the possibility of incidental contact with food.

• Contain 96% USDA certified biobased content
• Registered with the NSF Nonfood Compounds Registration Program as H1 category lubricants for incidental food contact (Grease #1: Reg. #157337; Grease #2: Reg. #157338).
• Good adhesion to resist water washout.

EcoLine^® Drill Rod Grease

A premium quality biobased, biodegradable lubricant for drilling rod applications.

• Contains extreme pressure additives for excellent protection where constant drilling vibration creates a high load on drilling rod joints. Formulated from vegetable oils and aluminum-complex-based thickener.
• Contains 82% USDA certified biobased content.
• Can be applied to wet surfaces.

EcoLine^® Fifth Wheel Grease

Premium quality biodegradable, multi-purpose grease recommended for use in fifth wheel plates of semi-trucks. Also serves as a biobased replacement for petroleum-based all-purpose greases used in sliding or rolling metal-to-metal contact areas.

EcoLine^® Heavy Duty Grease

Premium quality biobased, biodegradable grease for extreme pressure applications in agriculture or industry.

• Meets NLGI’s GC-LB specifications for fretting wear protection, oxidation and thermal stability, and resistance to rust and corrosion.
• Ideal for heavy load applications.

EcoLine^® Rail Curve Grease, Winter

Premium quality biobased, biodegradable grease designed to meet heavy-duty lubrication needs where rail curve greases are used in winter.

• Contains 80% USDA certified biobased content.
• Ideal for use in temperature ranges between 0 to 100 °F (-17 to 37 °C)
• Offers better gauge face coefficient of friction than most petroleum-based grease.
• Resists migration better than major petroleum-based grease.

Premium quality biobased, biodegradable grease designed to meet heavy-duty lubrication needs where rail curve greases are used in summer.

• Ideal for use in temperature ranges between 35 to 160 °F (2 to 71 °C).
• Offers better gauge face coefficient of friction than most petroleum-based grease.
